Hummm upper air temps too high it seems around here, not even high ground can sort that.

To be honest hope all the snow gets washed away quickly with the rain as there is quite alot here still!

Hopefully we get another one of these situations banked before the winters out.

So let me get this straight: Shropshire, the snowless capital of the UK, is seeing heavy snow whereas Solihull is merely seeing heavy sleety rain??!

In brum the light snow has turned into icy rain - tbh I'm glad. We've had a great run this week I'd rather the horrid grey slush and ice get washed away tonight! This winter (IMHO) has already been a classic, and we've still got February to come
