On the m6 to cfallon.

Yup it's a strange old scenario this! We have had weather warning from the meto in work but its 5c here and dewpoint of 3c so as much as I want a snowfest I just can't see it coming off

Please don't read to much into it but severe weather warnings are standard practice on the motorway network these days.

I traveled to London on the morning of the Friday 25th snowstorm and all the way down the M1 was showing the graphics, severe weather forecast today and yet it was a north only event.

Spent the weekend there and never saw a bloody flake other than while watching our region being dug out on the news.

I still think that those in the east of the region, especially with altitude will see a decent event over the next day or so, I just hope that we can all join in though.

Shocking graphics for tomorrow on North West Tonight just now, hardly any precipitation over us tomorrow. Eno going for 10cm of snow in places but she's about as much use as a chocolate fire guard! Alex Deakin's National forecast basically said we don't have a clue where the snow is going to fall, great stuff!

Erm no there not, not in the north west anyway! Just call it first hand knowledge, not reading to much into it I think it because even at this stage the forecasters haven't got a clue where and what

Somebody needs to take a mallet to these temperatures and bring them down a peg or two. 4c isn't going to be condusive for snowfall. Walking out today, there was at some point the merest suggestion of a bit of snizzle in a drizzle-shower but it didn't last and was probably down to hallucination lol

Apparently that low hasn't even properly developed yet so it must be hard for the forecasters to get a hold of this one.
