It is likely to be very light on and off all day in High Wycombe. Very unlikely to get a proper covering and roads will be fine

Thank you Tim, I am over cautious as have been caught out more then once in recent years. The joys of living high up on a hill.

In 2010 we couldn't move the car for 11 days.

Kx

As per the last couple of days, very light snow falling through the morning. Got a little heavier in the last half an hour, but still no where close to settling.

Met Office have got snow forecast from 9PM this evening to 3PM tomorrow afternoon, with 6 hours of heavy snow overnight. Can anyone tell me what this is about, I don't see any met warnings, are accumulations expected at all?

Tedious snowrye, its like you feel you need to keep repeating yourself. Unless you had head in a hole. All week it's been mentioned possible light snow, maybe nothing. So why the surprise.

Hammer I love snow,It annoying when I get nothing, hoping for miracles

Hi, its just my general five day forecast: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/public/weather/forecast/sawtry#?tab=fiveDay&fcTime=1361577600 . However, looking at the rainfall map on the meto website, it just showers though, rather than constant precipitation, so the forecast's a little misleading. Dont think it will come to much. Snowed a little from time to time, but nothing heavy enough to settle, as forecasted, shame that things aren't more connective because the air over us is seriously cold.

Have to say, giving all my money to Npower and freezing to death every time I go outside seems a high price to pay to watch a few pathetic flakes drifting in the wind, bring on the Spring!

Be nice to get some beefy activity thru there.

Going darker here too.

Been snowing here lightly in all morning, and partly overnight. Gave a dusting this morning, but just a matter of counting the tiny snowflakes at moment, i just counted 12 :)
