Please use this thread for your discussions about the current weather or what is being forecast for the next few days in the South East and East Anglia...please remember these regional threads were set up to talk about local conditions and your thoughts on how things are panning out so can we keep things light and fluffy just like the snow flakes - Thanks good.gif

Light to moderate now - but more on and off, almost a slight dusting on the lawn - if only the temp outside would nudge down to freezing!

Had flurries all day but nothing laid. Snowing moderately here now everything starting to get a covering. The only good thing to come out of the housing estate recently built at the bottom of my garden is a lamp post so I can now lamp post watch without moving out of the chair.

Try Jamie's seared tuna encrusted with basil and coriander, served with new pots and a garden salad, washed down with a fresh and zingy white; a taste of summer at this time of interminable grey nothingness!!

Time to call it a day methinks. Looking forward to evenings in the garden with a nice bottle of red. See you all in November. Ciao for now.

All a bit sad at the moment, showing lightly for an hour, very little to show for it, 5p flakes maybe at times LOL! Give me back the 1980s when 5p coin size of new 10p and 10p and 50p coins big enough to knock you out. no wonder we had more snow then. Let's hope the charts are right and we see a bit more overnightsmile.png

we are having an antique Victorian fire place fitted next weekend. Had the chimney sweep around the previous week who gave us the green light to use it. Can't wait.

I'll be sad when 3/4 of members on this thread disappear for the Summer, feels really empty during that season.
