thought that myself at 07:00 this morning wink.png had 14.2mm so far

The first batch of rain was forecasted to get here late afternoon, it arrived at just after 7am. 14 hours of continuous rain has only dumped 12.6mm. Not a great deal to come from the South.

It looks like a few gaps are starting to show now in Cornwall on the radar really feel for you lot after last years rain

Is there another big batch coming over that will produce tomorrow's rain?

Hmmm heavy sleet then moderate snow then light snow then heavy sleet here in Stroud all in last few minutes. Does this bode well? Still bit mad for last third of March whatever!

So what is everyone expecting, snow potential wise, next week when it does appear to get very cold here too? I know it's a long way off......

Zilch all!

Too many 'nearly events' here this winter.

A most frustrating winter imo, re snow 'potential'.

Ready for a warm up now.

Yep! Just looked out of the window and it's snowing! Didn't expect this to happen yet.

rain rain go away! Next week shaping up to being back in the freezer with leaden skys for the far SW. Anyone see any chinks in the flow showing a bit of ppn for next week.

I got a feeling the 18z NAE could be quite snowy for northern parts of the region, the 12z was decent but the second band on the 18z looks more intense, and those accumulation charts show 15/20 mms of "something falling from the sky Friday night,
