Pleased to see some are getting there first snowflakes of the season - I said yesterday today offered a very good chance that many would!

 

We have had some heavy hail/snow pellets polysterene in texture, but only enough to leave a dusting. Still its a wintry night.

Had my first bit of snow today here only lasted a minute or so and was quickly replaced by rain. Says a lot about this winter that this evening was the highlight.

Yeah indeed, very nice too see for sure although its now starting to melt on the pavements and the roads somewhat so its definately not dry snow but at least we have seen a proper snow shower for the first time this season though, better late than never!

had a decent snow shower at 1am, currently very icy out there this morning current temp 1.9c,
