it looks like her exercise will have to wait a bit longer.

Colder this morning and finally dry although there was a very brief sound of something on the conservatory roof a few minutes ago.

Not surprising to see that the threat of snow to Pennine areas from tonight's next weather system has now been transferred to high ground in Wales with nothing but rain showing for ourselves.

My automatic weather station recorded a max yesterday of 14.2 oC - at about 9pm. Anyone else come close to/exceed this; a bit worried its not calibrated right as sunshine definitely had nothing to do with it!!  Thanks

Been out with the dog and it's certainly a colder feel than yesterday with the wind quite bitter.

Current temperature here of 5.5c.

Certainly alot fresher than yesterday's mild rubbish, I think the

Higher parts of the region will receive a covering of snow in

the next 24hrs (abeit brief)

the next 10 days look alot like December with a mix of TM and

PM air masses, with wintryness over high ground, beyond then

it really could go either way.

Been out with dog ,cleared my Christmas head ,wind dropped quite a lot now ...

Been out with the dog myself, absolutely bitter and not helped by forgetting hat and gloves.

Not been a bad though really.

The models are still not good right now. Do we ever gonna get a decent cold spell again? This is getting ridiculous now. Its going to be a second year of mild mush at this rate. :(  :bad: :bad:

 

Only one day of snow falling and a couple of days frosty isn't enough for me.
