A bit of snow in rossendale late morning but light, brief and didn't stick and dry since then.

I'm not holding out much hope for overnight either and expecting little in the way of frontal snow tomorrow.

Currently 1c.

yes your right hail again although getting towards snow. Temp is 19 and a dew of -1. Nick thinks the snow currently across Scotland will move into Cumbria in his outlook for tonight and tomorrow is that right

not sure what is stopping the hail turning to snow?
