See the immediate coast around Liverpool city centre not great

that radar is showing rain further inland but it was definitely more of a snowy mix nearer to the coast than it's showing

I'm still under the dome lol. ps can concentrate now that pics gone :D

:p well it may be back in the summer. Snow dome could crumble here

Cleared up here, let's hope that temperature drops and freezes the damp ground.

Showers banding together and heading this way! The Amber warning was valid from 17.00. This could get interesting, need them to be heavy so it sticks :)

Looks like a streamer is forming favouring Wirral and central cheshire, before the mess over Ireland gets here by 7!

Are they heading this way to Liam?

Of course, they are moving eastwards.

The showers over Ireland never make it, they die.

Shame the flow is so strong, even if you establish a good shower it moves over within 5-10 minutes.

What I find VERY interesting, is even at my altitude (about 80m asl). There's not a drop of rain in these showers, it's completely of hail & snow. There's no marginality for a change which is refreshing :)

Heavy pea sized hail here, short lived but we're on the right track
