Cold frosty start and still -2C even at 9am having been cloudy for a while. Fingers crossed for some snow showers later. It never ceases to amaze how much they scatter as soon as they cross the Wales/England border into the Bristol/NS area.

Streamer activity again in the far south west. Weak affair today though with any showers not making it to the south coast of devon and cornwall. Padstow and Ifracombe looking good at the moment for light snow for most of the morning.

Dry and cold here in Plymouth and at home. weather app suggests that there could be some snow showers around IMBY early evening, can't see it happening at the moment though.

Nothing here yet but maybe later - not super cold and very little wind. Fingers crossed.

A few showers on the radar over Somerset and West Wiltshire/Bath areas showing as all sorts on the NW Precip type radar. Other than that a cloudy, cold, bright day with lightbulb sunshine but feeling less cold than yesterday due to no wind. 4.1c at present.

It looks like the NMM was putting those showers to far to the east of the region, shame.

Would we have it any other way? :wallbash:

Don't worry mapantz the next showers will come from the east and not make it this far west in a days time.. :aggressive:

Cloudy but dry in Yelverton.

Cheers SC for the update, if anything of note happens let us know as I'd rather leave work early than be stuck in traffic trying to get to the moor.

Am I bothered? They'll probably hit the M4 corridor and disintegrate anyway I suspect.  A pretty mild damn cold day today in Newbury with 2.4c being the Maximum under cloudy skies, I think that is the coldest Daytime Max of the Winter thus far but would have to check for sure.
