Lovely heavy wintry shower a few minutes ago - hail and SNOW!! Woohoo. A little has settled so I am a happy bunny.

Good for you Erby, you're right on the coast too so I guess the cold spell has most definitely started now.  :friends:

Good to see you guys in Cornwall getting some too, and no doubt some of you breaking your snow drought... Wouldn't have wanted to carry on without, and end up having a 3 year snow drought!!

Am I bothered? They'll probably hit the M4 corridor and disintegrate anyway I suspect.  A pretty mild damn cold day today in Newbury with 2.4c being the Maximum under cloudy skies, I think that is the coldest Daytime Max of the Winter thus far but would have to check for sure.

A toasty warm 2.3c here darln'! After -2.1c. Lush. Now dropping again for all that NO to come over night ...

Said last week that parts of Cornwall & Devon often see snow showers from a northerly so these reports are no surprise to me :)

Lovely to see all the reports from Cornwall! Being on the coast we very rarely get anything at all so I'm pleased.

Looks like Probus is kicking off!

Blimey had some snow! started as sleet and pretty wet throughout but nice big flakes that tried to lie in isolated spots, nice to see.

Parts of Cornwall like Falmouth/Newquay have beaten here of course though lol

Edit: the surrounding hills have a dusting!

Really pleased you guys in Cornwall have finally had a few flakes.
