Ancona, Italy has been under a storm for hours. I am willing it to come over the Adriatic and a bit north . I'm staying on Pag Island and can see frequent but distant flashes of lightning to the southwest.

It doesn't seam to want to leave Ancona does it,i will keep an eye on it for the next few hours

[Supacell]

Unfortunately it's electrical activity wasn't up to much. Heard a couple of rumbles and then the odd flash. Mainly rain and wind, much like earlier on in the day over Pag Island. Winds of around 60-70mph and torrential rain, but here there was no visible lightning.

Over the last 3 days and 2 nights I have seen lots of distant lightning as everything seemed to miss where I was. Some of the distant lightning was like a strobe last night, from a storm about 20-30 miles away to the north. But the scenery is amazing, and better in the sunshine.

[The Tall Weatherman]

Was a small but strong tornado outbreak yesterday in Russia. 1 person was killed when a wall fell on the persons head and the other was filming it and was hit by a piece of flying debris. Can’t retweet much from twitter because of the situation so it’s mostly screenshots.
