Brighter now and the temperature is slowly rising after dropping to 14.8°C.

The garden looks awesome now the sun is back out. Everything is refreshed and green!

Rain's past now, it gave 2.6mm with a maximum intensity of 19.8mm/hr. But very dark outside now as the clouds have now blocked off the sun!

It look's like it is about to piddle down again. I love days like this, warm and sunny, then a storm in the late afternoon. MOAR PLEASE!

Lively downpour and 9c drop in temperature in the last hour. Garden needed the water as did the water butts. Absolutely love the petricor smell.

Dark black sky to my East for last 90 mins or so but we've only had a few spots of rain here, about an hour ago. Thought we were going to cop one, but nope.

Not that I expected it to , but , apart from a few lovely cloud formations it has been bone dry .

Beautiful day though and I'm not complaining one bit .

Yes we had that, is it a sort of a damp, seaside sort of weird smell?

Was very surprised I didn’t get one drop today despite having dark clouds all round and reports of lightning just a few miles down the road . Better luck next time.

Had a few rumbles floating around here at around 7pmish I think it was and a heavy down pour didn't see no lightning though but there will be other chances :D

One steady shower last night to freshen things up and it really did drop temperature like a stone when shower came through.

Glorious weather continues, it is turning out to be a good 2018 so far with our snow fix albeit late into spring and now this.

The CAPE on Saturday looks nice if storms are your thing! Still a long way off though.
