It’s my boys last day at nursery until god knows when! He absolutely loves going and has formed some lovely friendships. Truly hope we can keep a few going via play dates.

It’s much brighter than anticipated too, 10.4c with hazy sun and a fresh breeze.

Have mowed the grass hoping the wind and sun will dry the lawn over the weekend  but it is very boggy.

Andy, so is there opportunity to claim from the government fund if you have to stay home to look after your son. If so buy a mini iPad, load Whatsapp, and let your son talk to his friends. According to all the sources, kids as young as 6months now know how to use a computer these days:whistling:

Clawed it's way up to 10.6°C at: 13:40 and the glimmer of sunshine just squeezing out between the cloud..

That ENE is really nagging! Only one benefit from it for me is, all of the concreting I have done over the past few weeks is now beginning to completely cure out. Also, the mud soil I dug out is drying. The sunshine should aid things over the coming days, although the UKV is showing 40mph+ gusts tomorrow.

Temp did reach 10.1°C. Currently 9.1°C.

The forecast for the next few days looks nae bad, would've prefered it to be milder and less breezy in nature, but we can't have everything you wish for... sunny and dry will do. At least I can get the washing out more.

Currently 6.1°C

Pleasant sunshine today, breeze seems to nip when it can, but with 12.8°C at: 12:48 cant complain, in the sun it feels a lot warmer than that..

Lovely day out there if you can stay out of the wind. Very dry air too with low dewpoints, not seen lower since mid Jan.

Yep. Absolutely beautiful.

We're sat on the patio, out of the wind, in shorts, t-shirts and sunglasses. Outstanding.

Brilliant day for working, although the wind was gusting over 30mph for much of it. Low humidity is drying everything out extremely fast! I cut up all of the old fence panels and a shed, ready for many wheelbarrow fires. It should burn nicely as it's like tinder.

Max temp of 11.9°C today.

Well, even in the chilly breeze, we peaked at 13.3°C at: 13:00. The return of the sun is well appreciated by my two hounds who have been sat in the sun since early morning, although moving around as the sun area changes over the day..

Currently 8.9°C

Morning All, a sunny start after an overnight low of 1.4°C at: 06:24, now warming nicely, hopefully it'll keep it up and I can sit in the garden for lunch rather than a stuffy office..some positives from all of this malarkey..
