6.4mm of rain here. Nothing particularly exciting! Temp reached 13.2°C.

You'd think this was taken during the day?! It's pitch black outside.

The Bristol Channel has been a shower streamer generator most of the night and continuing now.

I thought the shower we had in Warminster just under an hour ago might be the last but more are developing to the WNW between Burnham to Wells.

Feisty little puppy is dropping bolts around here at the moment, as decent crack just now..

Sunny all morning, then a heavy shower during my daily exercise, and in the last half an hour a torrential squally downpour with what I'm sure was a crack of thunder in the distance, and back to sunshine. Temperature also dropped 3C in its passing.

Maypril showers!

Morning All, after a chilly overnight low of 4.9°C at: 06:26 things are warming slowly now 14.2°C, noticeable build up of cloud. Time to hit the garden as the ground has softened after the recent rainfall, making digging that bit easier...

Had some very heavy rain last night. It sounded like we were in the attic on the ground floor! Possibly was hailing but couldn't quite see as the streetlights dim after midnight.

My new weather station is due to turn up tomorrow. I wasn’t able to sort the old one, the sensor is still reading in the minus 40s!

Perhaps I could have just got a new sensor but fancied an all new set up, it includes moon phases so will be a good learning tool with my boy. He’s currently into spotting shapes in the clouds, yesterday and Friday were ideal for that, today rather less so unless he wants to learn grey!
