turned back from rain to sleet here now, quite breezy

 

turning more to snow now😀

back to sleet - I give up its a wintry mix

The intensity is really making a difference to whether it's sleet or snow

Yeah, that's how it started here (Durham, 120m).

ETA: My guess is, as the wind veers NE, we're pulling warmer air off the sea.

Rain in Thornaby (could be sleet, wasn't paying much attention) bored of all these cold snaps that literally do nothing for areas like Thornaby and what makes it worse is the mod thread, everytime cold is shown on the models, it constantly gets compared to 2010.

Dew points now dropping away nicely after the warm sector has passed through. Should be snow that falls apart from right on the coastline from now on

Good covering in Guisborough

Still rain in Thornaby (again could be sleet) I'm sure we have our own climate here, they have a very slight dusting in Stewarts Park not to far down the road and literally nothing here.

Was all rain here 30 mins ago colder air digging in now, just need so luck with the showers which is not something we usually have

Doesn't count. You get snow in June up there 😂

 

Nah man,  glad you're seeing some. Over here it's just cold and wet at the moment.
