Just cool enough for ice on the car and a light ground frost, both of which are beginning to disappear in the early morning sunshine, meanwhile, something we wont see for a few days a clear sky and a totally calm sea this morning..

Could be an interesting couple of days ahead, depending what happens with the forming low(s)...

Would be nice to see some falling snow this time of year, even if it's very light in nature. Hopefully some in our region get lucky Fri night / Sat morning.

I saw them buffing up the snow dome earlier, down here..

What do they say "Let the cold get in...and..."

This quick burst isn't going to bring the cold in, it's only a couple of day, blink and it's moved on to more of a westerly rain littered period..

2.0c here, I think that will be as cold as it gets. Snow looking good for tomorrow in the east of the region, even if it’s just a temporary cm or 2!!

A stunningly sunny day from start to finish today. Minimum temperature was 1 degree at 9pm, then by 10pm it had shot up to 5 degrees. Bring on the cobweb blower of a weekend!

Patchy light rain the order of the morning, has just started here as the wind veers more to a westerly and is picking up slowly..
And so the white horses begin

Morning all hope everyone keeping well.  Well I can't  say I ever remember  seeing all 3 colour warnings at same time by the met office, but then iam quite forgetful these days.  Any how I'm just inside area for possible snow . might just set alarm clock  and patiently  wait.

Definitely  looks like it's going to get nasty polar bear  up there at the top of the country, just hope people use their common sense and stay in if they can .

Absolutely Nettie..

But some won’t as you no doubt know.

I have shared now on my FB the warnings and most of my friends now get it when I say this isn’t going to be good listen to the warnings they are there for a reason.

A double digits day 11.2°C at: 11:27 before the cooler air begins to really dig in, although a little cooler now @10.4°C...

As the sun is lower in the sky now, (almost in to the camera lens), the beach looking pleasant
