2 inches up here, falling horizontally, but very wet and sticky. Looks great when it's intense but also looks like it'll be over soon. I actually don't mind too much if it means the higher hills farther north that have been woefully brown all winter finally get a pasting. Looks great for what appears to be the current pivot point up towards Tyndrum / Crianlarich

I notice there's a RED warning covering London and the SE now, the apocalypse has arrived (or likely that's how the media will portrait it).

Going pretty well now, we must've had about an inch of new snow since I got up which is properly sticking.

Hopefully it stays on longer than forecast

Dry, calm and light cloud with no precipitation whatever! 2.1c. If it stays like this today I'll be happy with that! Enjoy the white stuff those of you who get it! ❄️❄️

Moderate snow here but we are on the very southern edge of the band. Looks like I’m just in the wrong place.

Ooft try living in Irvine about 30ft above sea level n about 800 metres to the beach. Grifter you are practically in the mountains !

I used to frequent down Ardrossan way, I know that disappointment of mild muck when everyone is getting a pasting! Much the same here on the Firth of Clyde we're the snow shield of choice!

Yeah we're right on the edge of the front now, some of the models had us sitting on the edge for a few hours while it pivots but we may just miss that - who knows.

Front has cleared and the sun is out! Whatever has fallen will surely disappear quickly now!

Maybe some sleet to look forward to later via the Met forecast

A wet covering but the front has passed here now. It went about 50 or 60 miles too far north for me!

Looking very snowy north of the Central Belt on the traffic cameras.
