Nearly saw the Sun at West Overcliff this morning. Dodged the rain though. That came when we were having a mince pie at our pals in Christchurch. That rain has now chased us home and isn't far away.

Well it doesn’t look like we will be getting any snow or frost for a while yet around here. Perhaps the New Year will bring some of the white stuff before Spring appears.

Wishing all my fellow weather watchers a Happy Christmas and Healthy New year anyway. Let’s hope 2023 is peaceful and happy 🎄🎆❄️

Happy Christmas to all my regional friends! It’s looking to be a mild, bright and showery one which is far preferable to dull, wet & windy! However I would have dearly loved at least a frost!

So I checked the weather and I checked it twice, Is it being naughty, OR, is it being nice? Roof checked no reindeer droppings to be found, did the Big Guy stop here?

Under cloudy skies with a temperature not fit for figgy pudding or Cracker pulling, and certainly no blazing fire with the temperature of 10.7°C (51.3°F in Big Guy speak!) Time for some cheer...

Enjoy the Season to be Jolly, HoHoHo.....

Morning All,  only 364 days  until the chance of a White Christmas down here becomes a reality, HoHoHo..

Anyway back to it, the overnight low of 3.9°C at: 08:55 has risen to 7.2°C, RH 83% and a light 6mph breeze in from the SW, with the one day wonder of cooler air having arrived.

Christmas in Nunney this year. Walked towards Frome earlier and got caught by the one shower in the area.

It looked much brighter towards our way, so we've headed back to sit in the Sunshine with a boxing day pint.

Morning All, a damp start to the day with some early morning showers, the cooler air having been chased away after a frost settled late last night with the low 0.7°C at: 03:34, currently 9.2°C RH90% and a 15mph breeze in from the SW, with watery sunshine.

Did have a bit of brightness earlier and the sun even came out for a short time but now it’s dull and wet. 10.2°C
