As expected very little here dandruff in the wind as I left for work

Coming down thick and fast here, settling everywhere except roads and pavements.

About 10cm or so here and snowing hard again now. Radar returns always understate snowfall so even very weak returns can be quite heavy snowfall.

Nowt in Gloucester, ground looks barely damp either so precip must have missed us altogether.

Hello! I was formerly registered here just as ‘noggin’, but a change of broadband provider etc and change of email address meant I couldn’t sign myself back in (am useless at that sort of thing) so I have re-registered with a new name. Plus some other stuff as well. Such a relief to be back, but sad to have lost so much history though. Plus my badge.

Anyway, we have had an inch or two here, although some has melted. Light snow falling now. Shall try to attach some pictures of the back garden…

Holy god the snow is coming down REALLY heavily now. Thick flakes.

If the forecast is to be believed what we have now is it, nothing but cold rain tonight. Expecting the warning over the south to be removed this morning.

Half an hour or so the met will update warnings it will be interesting to see their take on it all but im just waiting for it to turn to rain now.

Well we had snow then some sleet and now its chucking it down with snow dont think it will do much though

That is a very heavy band of precipitation! I think it'll be a tiny bit too far south to affect me, but some people are gonna see some insane snow rates out of that band.

Moderate snow on off here, but it’s melted what settled earlier! Tops of the hills seem to getting whiter…
