Had a similar issue, wife puts out the washing then asks me if it's going to rain to which I replied "showers". Next thing you know up pops what was a small passing shower that grew in size and hung around for a good 25mins in total. Sheets were wringing wet, so guess who had the privilege to bring them in, spin them and stick them back out again?

Thankfully things died out and it is indeed glorious.

Morning all  hope everyone is well on this beautiful  morning .

The strangest thing just happened  sat here enjoying a Birthday breakfast cooked by my other half when a bright flash lit up the living room we have no idea what it was . Feel slightly unnerved by it . Any ideas ?

Oooh I cba with all that! It's all hang indoors season here now! Don;t get sun in our garden now so it won't dry.

When I do hang out if anything gets wet it stays there til it dries itself. Cba with extra work!

Could it have been an aircraft catching the sunlight as it was turning?

Possibly!   We didn't hear any obvious planes or helicopters  and it definitely wasn't  me blowing out all the candles  🤣

Way to go...of course we can survive....

Bit of a struggle today to get the temperature up, with a peak of 16.7°C at: 13:23, BUT, the washing is dry, so time to pull it later before we head in to an interesting week of weather.

Morning All.

A bit of  meh day weather wise, not a lot going on which is a good thing.

I cut my grass yesterday it was too wet to use the mower so I used the strimmer like scythe lol it looks like I have done it with a knife and fork lol but it was getting too long.

Weirdly no one else in the road copied like they usually do when I cut my grass and suddenly there are 20 people who copy.
