Pax on EIN55N from Lyon to Dublin must be getting sick of spinning around on hold for the past hour. BA also diverted into MAN from failing to land at Belfast not too long ago.

Windy here but nothing wild yet.

Breezy wet nothing out of ordinary here from normal winter storm…  hoping no more damage to our rental houses as two chimneys down in 18 months very mild 11-12c all day… 

can’t hear anything outside in our house… sealed shut… almost sound proof

Winds are lighter here now than earlier today. Rain has eased a bit too. Windy shows it gusting to 50mph but I can't see that being right. A friend down in Stafford says it's very bad so maybe we are sheltered.

Supposed to be 50mph gusts by now here but doesn't seem anywhere near that. House is a lot quieter than it was during some of the storms last year.

Might just be the more typical Southwesterly direction which my house is a bit more sheltered from than from Northwesterlies. Is it just my perception or did we have a lot of windy spells from the Northwest last year?

Not too bad here, had a few gusts earlier but like everyone else says it seems to have calmed down for now

Still not overly windy here, can hear the very occasional moderate gust, but just typical breezy weather so far here. Perhaps it is one of those events where it suddenly cranks up from very little. We shall see.
