Definitely wasn't as warm here with it only reaching 14.2°C but since I was elsewhere this afternoon I still got to enjoy the warmth.

Morning All, mist patches earlier have cleared and started out with hazy sunshine, which has burnt away leaving a pleasant day. The overnight low of 6.9°C at: 05:14 has risen to 17.9°C, RH67% with light air movement from the SSW, and there are no clouds below 5,000 ft.

A fine warm, dry day, with plenty of warm sunshine, reaching 20.1°C at: 15:27.

Still t-shirt weather and tea outside, following an hour or so's turf digging, after work 

Full day at it tomorrow, to improve the soil; which is full of stones. Will hopefully get some planting done on Saturday.

Morning All, the early mist patches have burnt away with some patchy high cloud rolling along the channel as seen below.

Meanwhile the overnight low of 7.8°C at: 04:05 has risen to 19.4°C, RH65% with light air movement from the SE.

On Golden sands, patchy sea mist has yet to burn off

Well that's b*gg3r3d straight away, from the local rag, c.o the MetO:

THUNDERSTORMS could bring the warm weather to a dramatic end, the Met Office has warned.

“Frequent” lightning, strong winds and even hail could occur with as much as 40 to 50mm of rainfall possible in the space of two to three hours.

A yellow weather warning has been issued for the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area this weekend along with the rest of Dorset.

Well unlike other years the first Friday of cricket is absolutely stunning! Placing bets on this being the best of the next 10 weeks!

First 20°C of the year here today, after almost reaching it a couple of days ago. Sunny and warm all day and still quite pleasant out there now.

Anyone awake on here? Go stand outside and look at the sky, we've got big pink patches here, massive coronal ejection playing silly beggers with the sky.
