Just checked radar again! That precip going to cover more areas now than I thought! Prob be sleet for me but some of you going to do really well out of this by the looks of it. Probably more inland areas!

Extremely heavy hail here now. Everything white again! Big flash of lightning to!

Aye Gaz i don't think we will see much until the northerly kicks in. Just had a heavy shower here and more incoming on the horizon. Not expecting any more lying snow until at least Saturday although some spots may see more with a little elevation.

Latest Beeb forecast didn't even give it a mention! I'm more interested in Monday into Tuesday!

Nothing really to talk about here. Mainly sleet with a bit of hail. Prob turn more to snow inland.

Yeah been tracking it here and if that hits us then some places could do well if it falls as snow. Would have been better through the night.

Yeah he's one of the Beebs better forecasters Storm. We actually could do quite well from this if that high pressure just nudged slighly further East then it would be game on.

Just looking at the radar again showers seem to be tracking West to East again and pepping up.

Seen a few pics there of Letterkenny and seems to be a couple of Inches of lying snow. I feel most of us will wake up to a covering but nowhere near the 5-10cms forecast. I may be proved wrong though.

Bit of a lull in things now. Northern England and Scotland seem to be getting more organised showers.

And things are only really getting started MS!! My last post should have said blizzard conditions. Lol. Wouldn't really call it a blizzard. Can only imagine what higher level roots will be like.Also just checked the Meto automated forecast and its just updated giving heavy snow from 12 tonight till 11am. Nice!
