This is the heaviest snow I've seen in.a long time. Roads are in a bad state!!

Real heavy snow now.again! Must be a good 2 inches now. Showers seem to be merging now!

Was just about to post that. These showers are slow moving and there's another coming behind it so yiu should do ok.

There's a big area of precip just coming into Donegal Bay. Could be worth watching if it doesn't track too far north.

Snowing hard here again. Over an inch easily now! Been watching the radar and showers just lining up on the same track every time.

Moderate to heavy snow the past half hour here. Couple of cms lying so far!

Moderate snow falling here now and sticking to all surfaces but the majority of the precip falling to the north over Donegal.

Could be some thunder snow on the way for anyone still up!

Lol I'm the same. The battery keeps running out on my phone checking radars etc constantly. Ha. If the last shower is anything to go by then I'm looking forward to what's to come. Gonna be a long night. Lol

Bob you have a good chance of seeing snow to with the track that the showers take. Just depends on the intensity of the showers I suppose. Some on the way now maybe. All snow falling here now even though it's light.

Sleet turning more to snow now with a slushy deposit on the cars. Nothing major but it's a start.
