for me it is the lightning fear of being struck seeing it and also of the very loudest rumbles of thunder and even though I know that is harmless and also the chances of been struck by lightning inside a house are also low I cannot help it perhaps what is worse than that is the build up the wait when a storm happens I can get into a particular state of mind a routine I have to try and cope with it and generally as a storm progress I get use to my routine and the storm going on around me , I also live at home so I have family who do their best to reassure me but I still don't find it easy

that's what my family tells me only worry about when and if it arrives they say that I work myself too much into a state over a number of days over an event which may or may not happen it is something I am trying to change but habits are easy to get into but very hard to break out of

A simple don't know would have done serves me right for asking I suppose I'm trying to avoid coming to the forum as all it does is increase my anxiety and as for tonight I'm hoping the worst of that will be further west , that how it looks at the moment it's also fast moving so nothing prolonged let's hope saturday goes the same way of course the devil is in the detail

Are these storms for the midlands on Saturday going to be constant or come and go severe or not so and when are they expected to clear north I'm not a fan of these as people are well aware by now and want to have an idea how long I might have to put up with this or is this not known yet I am already irritating my family with my constant anxiety and they're not really due yet for a little while

with the high pressure to the north I assume the cloud and rain will only get so far north so sunshine might be in short supply of course all of this is just guesswork -

looks less like showers and more like bands of rain of course I could be mistaken but the forecast looks less bad for tomorrow than it did yesterday which means I've really only got the next 12 hours or so to manage and it won't be raining all of that time but I am still quite nervous -
