Turned out to be a really nice day in the end and got up to 18.6°C. Showers close by though..

A lovely day here. Lot's of sunshine and 17.8°C.

After what was looking like an interesting period of weather here, has now turned in to a bore. High resolution models were exceptionally bad in terms of rainfall.

An abrupt wind direction change just after 6pm. Pressure bottomed out at 980.12 hPa.

It's certainly not what was forecast. Heavy rain was supposed to start circa 4am. There's only been a few bits & pieces of drizzle.

Dark and damp. Temp 14.7°C I expected it to be windier today, but it isn't as windy as yesterday or the day before, despite forecasts showing higher wind speeds for today.

I didn't see any moaning?! The consistency of the naming system was being discussed, which was perfectly acceptable.

Today has felt like one of those Spring days where it wants to try and be warm, but fails because Winter wants to still claw away at you with a nagging easterly wind.

If you look back through the storm naming thread, there's many instances of amber warnings being issued, and no name given to a storm, and also named storms with only yellow warnings. The mere fact that we're all debating this shows how much confusion the storm naming system has created.

Lot's of sunshine today! Temp made it to 13.7°C My forecast has been showing the unsettled weather for the last 3 or 4 days. The October rainfall total is going to increase a lot I expect?!

The owls are out in force tonight! There's one in a tree to the left side, and one to the right somewhere, so I have stereo calling.

It's back working now, but the pages started off just showing an empty map, but all of the settings menus were loaded in strange positions. I refreshed, and then the page wouldn't load at all. All other parts of netweather were working fine. Nope. Back doing it again. V4 radar loads fine. V7 and 8 have issues.
