    Another beautiful morning here!! Love how, despite no forecast being guaranteed, this is looking like staying in for a while longer!! It allows u to plan things where normally you either don't bother or you plan an outside day but with a "weather permitting" back up plan! The only problem is that I'm now expecting a breakdown of this just as the summer hols start!! Anyone have any ideas for August?! Even if its just a few dry days a week - need to get kids out!! H x

    Quite a chilly start on Epsom, kids went to school on Mufti t-shirts and shorts, my daughter was freezing! Hope it def warms up this arvo! I know some of u love a good storm but please not tom arvo cos we've got an outside event which needs dryness!!! H x PS I'll allow a storm from 6pm!xx

    Hi all! Been v v hot here again today in sunny Epsom!!! Love it!! Yes it can make it too hot to do much but I'll take this over grey and rain an day!! Now the big question is, can it last into and thru the school summer hols?!! The Meto are going for this up until beginning of Aug so that leaves me worrying that the rest of Aug will be wet and I'll have to pay to take the kids out anywhere, lol!!! Anything has to be better than last August!! H x

    Hi all! Lovely day here in Epsom and definitely felt a lot hotter as the afternoon has gone on. Anyone got any ideas for Saturday cos my friend is getting married?! Still saying a breakdown poss over weekend or beginning of next wk then cooler - is this about right?! Thanx all and enjoy the sun!!!xx

    Just had a fab day sorting the garden and feelin those beautiful warm rays on me! Feel like I've just woken from a 7mth sleep, lol! Apart from a few fun snow days, winter has just been too cold n long this yr!x

    Was hoping to come on here and read that the Meto 16-30 had it all wrong and that actually the forecast looks lovely and sunny n warm for end of April/into May.....sadly disappointed! Really hope this is a glitch in models and doesn't happen after a nice warm up next wk! While I'm here could anyone point me in the right direction to a website that will give me a good forecast for Lake Garda, Italy? I'm going there next mth on a Eurocamp holiday so really need nice weather or at least no/little rain! Coast I hope you feel better soon!     Sorry if this has already been posted but just got a tad excitied about the latest Meto 6-15day!!! "A quieter spell of weather then looks likely to develop for most areas towards the end of next week, many areas then seeing drier and brighter conditions. By the final week of the period, temperatures should be generally near-normal, perhaps warm at times inland. The north and west will then probably be on the unsettled side whilst the south and east stay drier." Pleeeeeeeeease actually happen! Have a good weekend all and lovely to see some sunshine!!!!x

    Grey, cold, windy.....same old, same old!!!! Looking like Spring temps now may start just as the kids go back to school and I go back to work - aaagghh!!! Last yr we had gorgeous weather prior to Easter hols and as soon as they started in was awful! Anyone know how the weather seems to know when the school holidays are ?!! Are there any decent LRF's out there for May/June? Also could anyone recommend a good website I could go to in May to check the weather forecast in Italy? We're off to Lake Garda on a Eurocamp holiday, never been on one before but praying for decent weather! Thanx all and have a good day x

    I almost jumped with glee at the first little signs of some Spring weather in the Meto 6-15 day and beyond forecast! Signs of this cold coming to an end and some more sunshine here down South - albeit some rain too, April showers! Anyone else read anything/seen any charts that back this up? I'm gagging to see some ORANGE colours on a map now, lol!x

    Dare I say a hint of hazy sun out there?!! Checked Meto and will apparently be quickly replaced by yet more grey cloud this afternoon.... Omg I seriously need some sun!! Even if it insists on staying cold I just need some brightness!!! Or at least some snow to add a bit of excitement! All I can say is that Mrs Nature had better be storing up all her sunny warmth for a whopper of a summer!!!!xxx

    Moderate snow here in Epsom, settling on roofs and cars! I just had a feeling that todays "sleet" would be snow! Meto site still giving me sleet all day - will this now be snow all day?! I'm assuming temps won't be going up at all today and will stay as is or maybe even drop?x

    Seeing as its quiet - anyone got any ideas of a LRF on this Spring/Summer?! I'd still like to come on here over Summer to get excited about a heatwave brewing - learning to read what a good sunny day looks like on a model chart!x

    Hi all, I had some quite strong blizzards earlier but all stopped now.... looking at the radar I'm struggling to work out what direction the LP is taking - is it moving north as it's going East? Meto warning has moved the yellow band slightly more north saying snow will fall from dusk - is this why I'm seeing nothing much atm but will do soon?!! Being in Epsom I'm on the borderline of the yellow - eeeeekk!! So anyone got any ideas?!x

    Snow blowing about but only few molecules settling. Meto site predicts more snow for Epsom later today and overnight into tomorrow....mind u, said the same for last night! Wonder how much we'll get tonite?x

    SOUTH OF THE M4 CORRIDOR?!! We never see South, always bloody North! Yay! I am getting a bit excited again now, I was all about Spring/Summer after Tuesday's little tease but one last blast wud be fun - as long as it promises to go back to Spring the following week!x

    Bored bored bored!!!!! Meto 5day weather is gggrrreeeyyyy!!!! Not an incy hint of yellow anywhere! Please somebody give me hope of sunnier weather, not even bothered about warmer just a bit brighter??!!xxx

    Yeh I wouldn't wanna be working outside in this! When its this cold I like it to be either sunny and crisp or snowing lots - its the only way such cold can be justified to enjoy - dull clouds and freezing wind (and dandruff!) doesn't quite have the same exciting effect, lol! Just snowdust here in Epsom! Hoping for either a huge upgrade in snow or for this dull cold to sod off and Spring to start but no signs of either at the mo, eh?!!x
