  1. Nothing in the way or rain here yet but pressure dropping by about 1mb per hour. I do have a question though; if this has tropical air why is the max forecast temperature only 12C today?
  2. If this were mid January there wouldn't be a Tropical Storm to spawn this
  3. Few inches of rain, winds like we've never seen before. Not much else really, but a lot of devistation I imagine.
  4. Only localised flooding? Looks like it may be worse than that..
  5. Can't wait for this - Being very underrated in my opinion. Any chance this thing could bomb overnight?
  6. Stay safe, Aggy. Hope this pays off, we have had 2.2mm of rain here this month.
  7. Looks like' it will be very wet. The MetO probaly will update their warnings later today?
  8. Well, this could be interesting. Netweathers "Will it Rain" has my town down for 95mm of Rain for Sunday - Wednedsay. Looks like this will be a wet one! And some of the towns further to the SW look like they could have up to 150mm. Can see some problems arising if thie pays off.
  9. Tuesday morning there was frost on shaded spots of grass at around 8AM - first frost of the season!
  10. What's the current pressure of this storm? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
  11. Documentary can be found here - http://www.wunderground.com/deadheat
  12. Rapid intensification alright. 155mph sustained now...and 190mph gusts!
  13. Apologies that this is pretty random, but would someone mind telling me what FISH means?
  14. Nope, I think that might be Hurricane Kirk. Looks like it might be Leslie not Kirk. Thanks evil monkey!
  15. Still a lot of time for change, but if the models stay the same as they currently do, it could hit us as an extratropical storm.
  16. Any webcams around the new orleans coastline that anyone knows of? This could be quite interesting to watch.
  17. Models now suggesting Isaac may become a Category 2 Hurricane before hitting Florida.
  18. In the middle of a lovely thunderstorm here! lots of lightning and too many rumbles to count.
  19. Currently a Category 4 Typhoon now, with sustained wind speeds of 135mph
  20. 94L up to 80% And according to the models with have sustaines winds of 94kts by the weekend. And if it keeps this path may be on course for Florida. One to watch out for maybe?
