    A bit puzzled at the moment , we're off to S.E Spain (Torrevieja) on friday(26th) for a week, looking at the synoptic charts (GFS,ECM,METO) it looks like HP will be close by, many weather sites state it will be mainly sunny and quite warm (25-28c), but the national forecasting office INM.ES predicts cloud and rain from saturday through to monday ...any ideas what is likely to happen

    Managed to get some garden jobs done today , it turned out really nice in the end with quite lot of hazy sunshine and a shade high of 17.6c in my south facing garden

    Back Garden dropped top -5.3c last night , everything was white this morning ...very cloudy now , so unless the cloud breaks i don't expect anything near that figure

    My wife and i were in the torrevieja/Cartagena area of SE Spain between the 30/9 & 6/10, the weather was unbeliveable, most days were cloudless and the temp was maxing out at 29-32c and the nights not falling below 21-22c, it was like high summer but without the crowded roads/beaches etc, definately a nice time to visit a beautiful part of the world.

    A lot more cloud today , still warm in the sun though,wall to wall sunshine in the forecast tomorrow

    Cloud free day , wall to wall sun and very warm ,i recorded 23.4c in the garden (obviously not official) but warmest day so far for me this year

    Warmest day of the year so far, temp in my south facing but sheltered garden 22.6c in the shade

    Similar here, lovely in the sheltered sun but chilly in the shade and wind and when the cloud appeared, which was on and off all day

    Bit breezy today and the cloud has built up in the last hour or so , but i'm hopeful the sun will win through..just hope the wind dies a bit , its taking the edge off the temps

    Another perfect start to the day here in sunny Wigan, yesterday was fantastic, warm/sunny and had only the 2nd BBQ of the year so far , think today may be the 3rd,then it's all downhill from there though..the forecast does look ok for next week (w/c 2nd June) might even have a birthday BBQ on the 5th

    Absolutely beautiful day today not a cloud in the sky, already cut the grass , repaired the fence panel that blew down in yestedays wind , and washed all my Balls, my Rugby team will have the cleanest balls this week ... think i'll sit in the garden this afternoon and then watch the Manchester Magic games later

    Fantastic day here,Hazy sun till midday then clear blue skies since , max temp of 21c in my south facing garden, first BBQ of the year..all in all a perfect day...off work tomorrow as well , here's hoping for more of the same

    Getting really sick of the weather this year upto now, fed up of grey/cold weather..Made it worse to hear the BBC talking about 23c and the warmest day of the year so far ...not bloody here it wasn't

    Beautiful day here , minimum last night of -4.8c, now sunny and 10.6c ,no wind and clear blue skies, feels like summer in my south facing sheltered garden(sitting with a beer)

    Although it's only 8c here , the sun is very strong and sat out of the wind it feels very pleasant.
