looks like few areas might get some action next few days would say kent very much so. Sadly not here for once people might rejoice exclusion for lincolnshire.

Interesting couple of days coming up for places East Devon, Dorset area and the Hampshire area too. Today looks more the Dorset area will have the better chance of seeing storms. Bit gutted because my mate is going on a little storm chase from the IOW, and these the times when id go with him
but am stuck in Guernsey. Got some light showers here at the moment but nothing else really.
those north sea cape levels start near us if winds blow in from sea could get something if things develop

would not be shocked he got static charge too being this close. There was story in paper about woman being close to one she now gets a shock going near things like radiators Tv's etc..

It's just sort of backbuilding and hovering east of Ipswich... wonder if it will expand or disappear... huge amount of murk and haze, saw top of anvil sort of thing but any structure is hidden for the moment. Home grown, according to the radar.. and something I haven't seen here for a long long time, forming as it is now.

same as yesterday let's hope it disperses fast.Feeling humid temp 21.8c will it go bang? Stay tuned to find out more...indeed going feel like anti climax after last two days with big decrease in cape levels but we should not forget last 2 was exceptional. Noticed maybe convergence around peterborough/wash area 6pm today on lightening wizard.

Wow simply amazing. Last two days I was thinking oh well nothing complete blank despite the energy up there. Was not too disapointed others was getting a show , we had fair share. Closed was storm in afternoon which crossed peterborough burned the edge of the town. Last night that storm burning lowerstoft and yarmough looked amazing, then something started to happen it slowly turned. I thought and checked met forecast it hit north east so naturally expected to turn. However this looked sharper did calculating sure enough if keeps this up might have our name in its sights. Sure enough bang it hit amazing light show but sadly too tired. Woke up 4.00 am this thing going nuts and rain was intense. I have calibrated the rain gauge too much now to website who said we got 31mm rainfall from this system

certainly interesting worst might be slight too south here. Mapantz is those charts update from greenday's. Reason I ask your rainfall more north just missing here wheres greenday's chart has us in its firing line.
