they haven't really got a clue Jay. it'll be down to radar watching tomorrow I think. you're definitely going to see snow, how heavy, and for how long though, I don't know, and neither do they. get NW radar if you haven't already. great value for £3 odd in a situation like this.

do the charts take into account the AMOUNT of snow lying on the ground, and the effect that has on the temperatures over land, especially in the UK, where we very rarely have this situation? if not, then maybe what they are saying at the moment is way off, and the block is going to be far harder to break down than they think?

a hell of a lot of people are self employed and drive for a living, me included. conditions like this are a nightmare. Not expecting sympathy though, it's just tough doo doo for me I suppose.
