  1. Little shower to the West looking nice with the sunset.
  2. Wow, looks very much like one. I caught something similar to that Monday 12th, looked like a funnel but not sure if it was.
  3. Yeah, ingredients were there to support a brief funnel.
  4. Can see the convergence here on this timelapse, especially near the top of the video. 355855318_6860508267301831_5415482866848781715_n.mp4
  5. Very clear convergence here, clouds heading in different directions, seen some come in from the North while others are heading in from the West.
  6. Just had some drops bigger than a 50p coin. First rain today even though we been close to the Midlands cells for a couple of hours now.
  7. Not quite, its just to the South, Dark towards that way but still bright to the N. This close lol
  8. Huge towers here some connecting to the cell in Birmingham. Just visible here with a developing Anvil.
  9. This June is becoming one to remember for storms especially around here, i cant remember so many storms in any June before even passing the stormy week in June 2020, and looking at the models could be more to come. Sunday is looking juicy. Lets see if it continues or upgrades.
  10. Yeah defo that, came as a surprise really as i havent checked for a few hours so a nice surprise, a few bolts and few cracks of thunder and a torrential downpour not bad. Another to add on the list lol. Here was the view from here.
  11. Flash of lightning and thunder here. What a year this is turning out to be.
  12. Seems to be some modest towers building up here but with dark bases, wonder if its that other shortwave Dan mentioned in his forecast for this evening.
  13. Think Ireland has turned into Florida with almost daily storms. Especially widespread today.
  14. Like some have already said the Birmingham storm before rapidly fading, looked to be a super cell, took a video and a bunch of photos of the structure and you can see some classic supercell characteristics like a mesocyclone, you could easily see the slight rotation as it came through too. 353965909_7312426412117181_7104266267077547127_n.mp4
  15. Can see whats over birmingham clearly looks incredible. Near constant rumbling too. Can see whats over birmingham clearly looks incredible. Near constant rumbling too.
  16. Missed one storm that went just to the NE now attention turns to the fun and games over Birmingham
  17. Thunder here now too first one looking juicy to the southwest.
  18. Been nice to watch the distant flashes to the East, the odd bright one with 1 faint rumble.
  19. Both of the below are difficult to see, but managed to look through more and spotted some interest. First was a nice CC fork across the sky. More interestingly i spotted what looks very like a funnel, from the storm over the Black Country on Monday, i did see some lowering at times so i could of been a small funnel.
  20. Anyone who wants to watch the current severe weather outbreak in South East US, Ryan is live now covering it with storm chasers-
  21. Hit and miss has always been the way but when you miss out especially by a few miles multiple times then that's on another level of unluckiness. We had it here in 2017 when we only had a few rubles from a distant cell for the entire year while most of southern areas had some crazy storms that year.
