  6. Quite a pleasant week thus far, feels warm in the sunny spells, although temps below 10c and a little sleet each day though so far not today!
  7. The joy of rain, is well... water falling from the sky..the giver and sustainer of life. the different forms rain takes and causation, various fronts, types of low, convection and storm... Then rainfall radar denoting movement, form and intensity, showing local variation. I could go on but some of the reasons I enjoy rain.

  10. Case of evap cooling again with those low uppers! Doubt it, anything closer to 3c than 4c would be outstanding for March.
  11. Definite sleet now, 1.2c/ DP 0.2c, snow soon if it keeps up!

  20. Clear periods with a moderate frost last night. 1 to 2cm remaining snow lying at 0900 - the latest day of snow lying since 6th April 2008. Fog at times 06-10am, then dry with sunny spells, more cloud after 1700. Thaw of lying snow complete by this evening.
