    Whilst I agree grammar and spelling are important this is supposed to be a forum about the weather and I always thought it was extremely poor netiquette to correct people who may or may not have a damn good reason to make the odd mistake and thus put them off posting in the first place. It's a slippery slope to then end up with quite a sizeable chunk of the adult population feeling they are unwelcome to post on forums such as this

    Well pretty much as expected all snow gone this morning and actually quite mild outside (didn't need a jumper under my coat) so that's that for this area then wonder if we'll get a reload or not...

    Yup very disappointed with what we got up here, nice to be able to get out of the house somewhere today and let the kids play though. Not looked at any models today as helpfully internet connection BORKED all day grrrr but i'm thinking this is probably over now for this region with a rapid thaw (it's nearly all gone already anyway)

    2.4C here at the coast but dew point is still -4C I'm not worrying too much as soon as that snow arrives it'll chill things down again it's a case of wait and see

    Well considering they couldn't even keep the B1108/A47 junction clear (main route to the N&N esp for ambulances) I don't rate your chances. That slip should have it's own gritter to constantly keep it clear for goodness sake

    Oi don't start or we'll steal all your snow... Yup another inch overnight by the look of it hurrah but still need more more more..... Anyways looking at the radar and it looks to be shower after shower this morning popping in, nothing very heavy but a constant source of smaller showers, well every little helps

    Nice to see the Met O have upgraded our weather warning for tonight and tomorrow to amber "be prepared" yay!!

    Wow just came over BLACK and the wind suddenly whipped up then BANG snow everywhere lovely sized flakes etc lasted about 30 mins topped everything up nicely More needed pls

    Just had another light shower of medium sized flakes, very pretty still need MORE though

    North Norfolk council trotted out the liability argument as an excuse to not grit pavements and car parks, interview with a guy from ABI said it's rubbish you're safer gritting as you've shown a duty of care by gritting

    right im off to bed nothing further yet and it's too depressing jumping up every 10 mins to turn the outside lights on to check if it's snowing yet. So off to bed and if we have some by morning thats great and if not then i'll have to find something to do tomorrow to keep my mind off the snow night all
