  1. Sorry I was referring to my location rather than anywhere further south where it's more marginal
  2. Well that chart is already wrong as it's snowing nicely here now already, sleet my a***
  3. It's moving on the radar i'm looking at, ok quite slowly but it is moving
  4. Well it looks like it's heading your way, feel free to pass it on once it's given you a pasting, ta
  5. Wow what a total and utter sack of crap this has turned out to be you watch the charts and then at the last minute it's whipped out from under you, makes you wonder why you bother in the first place might as well have just watched the BBC online weather forecasts
  6. Bloody BBC Look East they just showed the cold front coming down and then showed it falling as rain over north norfolk, come one it's snowing now
  7. Woke up to another dusting this morning, now getting cloudy again hopefully there's lots more to come today
  8. Indeed what a total and utter tit oh and how about racist as well are all English poor and bad drivers? hmmmm not amused Oh and BTW to the original poster all of that is more than one paragraph
  9. Ooooh wonder if we'll catch a little of that or if it's too far south of us....
  10. Just started snowing up here just lightly with little to no wind but a nice start to the new year
  11. Yup still loads of snow here despite overnight temps above freezing, nicely cloudy with a little mist this morning, off to collect the xmas meat soon so hope the roads aren't too bad as they're completely untreated
  12. Not at all I was referring to the fact that the models can't agree what is going to happen today/tomorrow let alone next week, it changes from run to run if you look at the snow risk for xmas day there's quite some risk for most of the UK, ok not as far as you but that can soon change. All I really meant was keep watching as it's changing from run to run at the moment
  13. Yeah had a good laugh at someone here the other day trying to get their car up the snowy road/driveway started off all right then as soon as she started losing grip she floored it then just shot off sideways lol Less is more people
  14. Usually the main shopping areas are fairly well gritted and with the amount of people on them now with the schools breaking up I think you'll be fine to be honest, not meaning to sound rude just a question if you have any mobility problems you can get a scooter for the day from either chapelfield or castle mall shop mobility service.
  15. Traffic wise maybe but it's hardly a bad road around Norwich as such in fact the southern bypass is probably the best road in the region for moving traffic about. Needless to say it won't have been treated properly same as every other winter and needless to say some idiots will continue to bomb down the fast lane covered in snow Coast road up here may as well not have been treated A149 between cley and blakeney covered in snow and looked like a back road as it goes into Blakeney what a joke
  16. Wow now snowing heavily up here totally unexpected but very welcome hehehe
  17. I think you may very well be right there -1.5c at the moment and boy does it feel it!
  18. You'll be lucky if there are any at all, all the Sanders ones were cancelled up here Friday (despite there only being a tiny bit of snow) also Waitrose Swaffham thought it was too dangerous to deliver Fri night, but last night was fine apparently - muppets
  19. There was nothing for this area according to the Met before 18:00 last night when they suddenly jumped on board
