Struggling to keep up with you all folks... By the time I had sorted my post and charts out... They had become out of date.... The FV3 bringing plenty of heat... ECM is a peach this morning... The plume hits us literally directly! And that Azores ridging by 10 is evident yet again... I'm led to believe ukmo is also a beauty... What more could we wish for!!

I'll take the FV3 and I'll frame it right now... That's good enough for him, and that's good enough for me

Apps are completely useless in these scenarios.... Weather apps are giving alot of people false information regarding temperatures and precipitation. Any experienced forecaster will tell you to take them with a huge bag of salt! If it's sunny out your window next week.... Expect serious heat.... If its cloudy... Expect humid and warm.... There is Mattwolves animated app....

ECM says to gfs and ukmo ill see your 100 and raise you a 1,000...it brings us heat... Real heat in places... Then it finishes with a cheeky little appearance from the Azores high!!! How you like them apples folks....

Strange evolution there chaps... In the furnace at 168hrs then it seems to pull it right back 24 hours later.... Like I've said before... Get the heat in first and then the furnace will follow....

Time to put the SW, Wales into the midlands to name a few into the furnace...... Loving this..

UKMO and GFS at 144...the ukmo appears to have a more expansive heat pool than the gfs. And looks primed to deliver quite a plume beyond day 6! Little inter run discrepancies creeping in now... Not to worry, UKMO looks very good, and we have ECM to follow yet.

Icon 12s still keen on keeping the core of the heat out East... Now is this going to be an emerging trend or not! Either way it's still some considerable warm up with high 20s easily in places... This may be what most of you would prefer, especially if accompanied by lots of sunshine!! So let's see where GFS and ukmo take this..

I see every single frame is being analized to death now... Every run is showing the heat building, some are slowing its progress down, some are shunting it further West, some further East. There is gonna be a lot of chopping and changing during the weekend that's for sure. Its certainly not worth getting overly anxious about! But let's not start to play something down that is still a devoloping situation... Here is the latest take from the 6z...still looking good.. But I will be expecting more of a firm up come the 12s.

No need to have nightmares tonight folks... 18z still delivering the goods, that should keep you sweet til the 0z runs... Heat well and Truelly in place, if anything some small corrections are likely to be made over the coming few days... Sometimes West, sometimes East... All still looking good though.

Cross model agreement at 6 days out for this kind of weather is a rare beast my friends... Let's just hope come winter we can get cross model agreement for - 20 uppers, and count them all the way down to ohrs!! Then I will be very happy.... In the meantime folks, it appears even navgem wants to join the summer pool party as well..

ECM says don't leave me out guys... I want some of the action to..... I think the 12z is actually transferring that heat a little further West, especially compared to the 0z...so has it stands at around day 6,we have all the big guns on board..... Now....... An obscene amount of runs going hot... Rest assured this is certainly not an isolated heat up... Looks amazing.

Like I've said many times before, get the heat in first and the cold will follow... Struggling to keep up with all the demand on here right now.. Posts are flying in at 100mph..superb stuff netweather.

Where is Mr frost from Scotland when you need him... +20 uppers even making it up to there! Won't be a normal barbecue for you Scottish folks that for sure.
