  9. By Wednesday dew points are below freezing and 850s around -6. everything that happens thereafter is just gravy. 0 deg isotherm at 200m, snow all the way.
  10. Something is most definitely afoot. i really think we are about to see something very special over the next two three weeks. The models just don't know what it is yet.
  11. That lobe of lp on the ecm 240.... Is it going over the top or will it head se and slice the high in two? Is that even possible?
  12. I'm just glad it's 4:30 am and the usual hysterics are soundly tucked up in bed. Im surprised by the UkMet output, let's see what the ECM has for us.
  13. Might get a polar low out of this one, worth checking the visible sat images while this is going on as they materialise out of thin air.
  14. Remarkable... It forms just sent of Iceland and has definite form north west of Scotland.
  15. Its a pity there Azores high is angled that way, might have got an undercut and scandi high after 240h.
