  1. Morning All, a sunny start, after a chilly night as the temps head back towards the zero mark, with the low of 2.7°C at: 04:45, currently 8.1°C and a light breeze beginning to pick up from the south-west, possibly another showery day on the cards looking at the view this morning as the cloudscape suggests.
  2. Not a lorra rain here really, looked promising even Blitzortung suggested some local pings, BUT a kinda like so, so day with passing showers and little else to report..still raining so we may top up on the current 4.4 mm..
  3. Yep, I'm sorry the crown of the micro-climate looks in doubt this year...!
  4. Overcast stratus laden morning again this morning, after an overnight low of 4.8°C at: 05:37, currently 9.0°C with a breeze in from the NW, with some small blue patches of sky out over the channel..
  5. Slightly choppy seas this morning, with overcast skies, and the next bout of rain heading towards us.. Maximum temperature today so far 11.2°C at: 11:44
  6. Morning All, some heavy downpours overnight have added another 13.2mm to the weekend’s rainfall total, and looking like more on the way as the showers build and move east..overnight low of 6.4°C at: 05:20, currently 8.3°C ..
  7. Wow,are we taking over as the Microclimate? A cracking amount of rain here..
  8. Cracking on with these showers, some really decent rainfall, now currently 17.2 mm, hopefully more to come.. A fair amount of instability as shown on the beach webcam..
  9. Some nice feisty showers in the area, one nice one over Ringwood.. Meanwhile some potential for some more showers later.. The beach meanwhile is empty.. Fingers crossed for some showers to break out over the area, mind you we are up to 3.8 mm so far today..
  10. Somewhat overcast still... A gap in the clouds before the Inbound next rain maker starts to appear...
  11. Some patchy light drizzle this morning, after an overnight low of 5.6°C at: 05:25, currently 8.1°C.. overcast skies to start the day...
  12. Still sat in the middle whilst this flabby area holds over the Channel..with a variation of +0.2mb all day
  13. We've had sunshine and patches of blue sky, possible benefit of sitting in the "eye of the storm"!
  14. Sat in the (DRY) eye of the storm! Pressure has remained almost stable for hours
  15. Choppy seas and dark skies seem the order of the morning here.. Some early morning rain with 2.8mm since midnight, and an overnight low of 7.3°C at: 05:25, currently 8.3°C and the breeze in from the East...
  16. I think Dorset Sun needs to submit his forecasts to a different county newspaper, as the “up to 30mm” certainly didn’t happen here, but further west looks to have and are still under some heavy rainfall...AND a Met Office warning exists today for the area under the deluge..I think this one has upset a few predicted forecasts as it has wobbled and tracked with a mind of its own!
