It was pretty much endless rain this time last year. Our last wet spell lasted pretty much 12 months. We seem to be in a rut of prolonged wet or dry patterns. Are we entering a renewed long dry spell?
WEDNESDAY: A touch more cloud but otherwise Very Sunny again! Very pleasant/warm.

Haha they could well be for all I know. I saw 2 of our lecturers in the pub quiz also this evening. Now that was my true time off from revision today before anyone asks. Lol!
Oh Falmouth has been outstanding today. Non stop sunshine after a little midday cloud. So warm in that sun too. Have a very nice tan after spending the day revising on the beach. You Midlanders would have liked it.
Hehe, we were Revising on the beach.
Our terms are quite different to everywhere else. The University of Exeter has Lectures slightly longer in the Autumn and Spring terms but a shorter summer term. All lectures are in Autumn and Spring. Its just revision and exams in the Summer.
OUTSTANDING Day. After a little cloud around lunch, its been non stop sun all day in Falmouth, and very warm in the sun. Been on the beach all day. Same tomorrow!
Well im back in Falmouth now. The Midlands has been good to me, enjoyed some snow and at the end some summer feeling warmth and sunshine! But I chose a good day to go back. This morning it was sunny but im told it went rather cloudy. Remained sunny and mild down here. Forecast is superb for the next few days too.
SUNDAY: Cloud then rain for Cornwall. Hazy Sun for the Channel Islands then cloudy by Evening.

Do you own a tourist attraction or know someone who does in Cornwall or the Channel Islands? Email me to be featured in a 'What if the Weather Is...' Guide for Summer 2013.
Gwithian, Godrevy and St Ives in Cornwall. Cornish beaches beats any others hands down for beauty. Gyllynngvase and Swanpool in Falmouth are also recommended if you want to chill on a pleasant beach but these are small beaches not for strolling but playing/relaxing! Woolacombe in Devon is also a great beach!
SATURDAY: Early showers, a few heavy ones then Prolonged Sunshine!

New Blog Post & New Marine & Surf Page!
Again unlike in Telford, sunshine here and lots of it, a few light showers but no icy wind, just a cool wind. Felt very pleasant out in the sun regardless!
Wow what a difference then! I know Telford is hardly our next door neighbour here but it still seems a remarkable difference. I take it you saw no sun on Thursday?
It sounds like Shrewsbury was just as awful as well. Come down here!
Sunny and warm once again. 16c. Cloud is melting away though satellite suggests it will probably turn cloudier this afternoon with that dreaded cold front.
THURSDAY: Cloudy again for Cornwall. Some sun and cloud for the Channel Islands.
