    Believe me OTR I am such a character, nothing would surprise either Staff or Patients. (I worked there for a full year three years back travelling up and down every day so the Locals know me very well!) Current conditions +1.3C/-1.4C with little change for the past three hours so I wonder how well snow would accumulate with that 2 metre temperature which I think will rise further as the precipitation starts but may then fall if its becomes heavy.

    Yes even the temperature didn't differ much the length of the road. Coldest between Dalnamein and Dalnaspidal at -1C. I was very surprised. You should have dropped into the Pharmacy yesterday OTR and said hello!

    Edo is picking up all the snow showers today - travelling just North of the Tay right up and over Luncarty!

    Oh dear, I am now seeing white things falling oot the sky but nothing is there!

    Minimum overnight +0.1C at 07.05. Currently +0.8C/-1.7C (+0.3C/hour). BBC Weather currently calling it all snow for us tomorrow - well we've had it then!

    Whiteout this morning Edo at 07.30 between Luncarty and Bankfoot as I was driving up North. Wasn't sure where I was driving - on or off road! What's more Edo, Luncarty has the most snow between Perth and Kingussie. Amazing really! A9 was really bad again between Luncarty and Inveralmond returning home an hour ago after the most recent blizzard. Still terribly slushy here despite all the showers today. Sea level no good in these conditions. Max. Temp. +2.7C at 13.10. Now +1.3C/+0.3C

    Slushfest here really. Temperature went up to +2.2C at 03.22. Currently +1.6C/-0.5C so I am personally highly disappointed with yesterday's performance. Not confident it will be any better Sunday/Monday. Off to work in the Cairngorms National Park (do you and the children want a lift up Edo, Allyw, OTR?).

    My worst fears re. the 2m temperature have been realised, very wet snow and melting out of trees and bushes - why? Temp +0.9C/+0.1C!

    Light granular snow shower passing through now. Lying OK on frigid ground but Temp is still rising +1.3C/-1.1C (+1.5C/hour). Off to work now till 21.00.

    Temp. now +1.1C/-1.3C (+1.5C/hour) and clouding over. Dubious conditions in my experience.

    The Traffic Cam and Weather Stations showing no precipitation. False echoes like over Eastern Scotland all day yesterday?

    Just been on the Traffic England website to see what those radar echoes are in Northumberland and Durham. What a rubbishy waste of time their website is. Sassenachs.
