    Lovely clear sunny day here in Norwich. Rain overnight which partially froze (front and back windows on car frozen, sides not, indicates not a total freeze to me). Started off around 3c at 9am, started rising to 4c when I last looked at 9.30am. A few clouds around now but still a lovely sunny winters day. Now gimmee snow!

    Windy and just started lashing down with rain-very stormy. If only it was snow!

    Windy, cold, raining and very dull. Temps have dropped since 9am. Just waiting for the snow. Here snow snow snow!

    Very cold and now getting misty, dull/grey since late morning.

    Last nights snow/sleet/rain turned to ice before midnight-I wasn't looking forward this mornings drive, however this morning it is bright and temps up to 3c so no ice! Fab Some high cloud now starting to dull things.

    I didn't think I'd be posting this today. Yep, snow in Norwich! Left work at 5pm, walked out the door and thought 'what was that tickle my ear!' Yep a few flakes of snow, which eventually turned into wet snow/sleet. Now stopped, nothing stuck, but if it freezes tonight.....geeze I'm not looking forward to the drive (make that slide) into work tomorrow.

    Some high, light cloud starting to appear over Norwich. The start of something good I hope!

    Went through a bit of cloud break-up with sun poking through, but then the wind whipped up and the clouds are back. Started with a lovely bright pink sky, but now looking very sinister!

    Yep, boring cloud is back here. 6c and light rain, breeze is cold but wind speed has dropped to near nothing now.

    Cold-a big change from recent nights of cool weather. Sun finaly broke through this afternon (16/12) after well over a week of 100% cloud. Tonight it is windy and the wind is bitterly cold.

    Still full cloud cover ! Arghh when will it end? Dark, grey morning. Same temps as yesterday but breezy and it's a colder breeze. A fair bit of wet stuff falling in small showers too.

    10c, damp, occasional spots of rain. STILL cloudy....any bit of blue sky would be nice...forgot what it looks like....

    6c, cloudy still, bit I did get a glimpse of faint blue sky about 9.30am. That was it, back to full cloud again now!

    Cold in Norwich (colder than it has been-gardening in a t-shirt yesterday afternnon it was so mild!). About 4c at present but the slight breeze makes it feel more like 0c. Just wish this 100% cloud cover would go...grey grey grey!

    Well the cloud had better clear from here if we are to get the freezing temps we are forcast tonight. Strange how it went from clear and crisp to cloudy and wet. But if it does clear and freeze, the rain will freeze like an ice rink!

    Very strange here. No reports of any wet weather, but the dark clouds have rolled in and we've just had a shower of something. Looked very much like rain to start with, but it is now a very fine blowy sort of stuff. Not snow, but maybe sleet and a very fine rain that likes to be blown around like dust! Weird. Anyone else in Norwich/Norfolk like to comment?

    It's like midnight here-realy dark grey clouds-looks like a real nice storm. Weird-this morning it was a gorgeous sunny day!

    It is more like 10.17pm than am out here in Norwich-dark as anything and chucking it down with rain-standing water on the roads is amazing. If only it was snow....

    Hazy sunshire in Norwich. But a very strange thing happened. Sitting at my desk I suddenly get this cooling effect (no aircon in the office) and the smell of rain (you know, that fresh, earthy smell when it rains in the summer). But there is no rain around. Must have blown in from afar. I want a decent storm!

    Cold and wet in Norwich. Been raining most of the day. I hope this weather clears up ready for the RAf Fairford airshow in a weeks time!

    I DON'T BELIEVE IT! It is snowing heavier now than it has done so far this year-can't see the buildings on the Norwich skyline now! WOWWWW.

    Been snowing lightly in Norwich since early morning, but now the skies are darker and the snow is getting heavier.

    Been having a mixture of hail/sleet and snow in Norwich over the past hour or so. Nothing sticking though.

    A friend of a friend reports snow in Mundesley on the North Norfolk coast, and the clouds are very dark and threatening in Norwich.
