Snowing again in Lancaster University- and we're already back to that one-third cover status again.

Lovely small flakes of powdery snow now falling :)

We nearly have a dusting, form looking at the radar it could last a while. We are on far Sw edge of the line of snow which crosses scotland and is moving Sw.... :)

Just got in from work(Croydon),

3 nuisance value snow showers trying to turn heavier but never doing so.

Dan Corbett would call them pesky. No settling due to Croydons heat island effect.

Noticed during work (Bookmakers) some snow getting over to Birmingham during

greyhound racing at Perry Barr.

Regards,

Tom.

Exactly the same as yeasterday - snow flurries on and off through day , just enough to cover cars/grass.

Hi,

In Cleethorpes its been a sunny , windy day. Tonight, we have had a few light hail showers which turned to powdery light snow. On the way home from work, drizzly rain!!? although the Temp guage on the side of a building read -1!. At the mo there are a few light flakes in the air, nothing settling still windy.............maybe we'll be missed again??.

Just had 3 more brief snow showers this evening, slowly but surely building up a very light dusting, that makes the total about 8 snow showers for today I think :( Shame none of properly settled.

OK here in South Lincolnshire we have had light snow for about 30 mins ( a record for the last 3 days!!) however I think the beast has arrived and we now have big, fat, fluffy flakes and lots of them. :(

Me thinks this could be in for the night. :(

Light Snow Showers last night giving probably a mm which froze. Then a nice 40 minute Snow shower giving a depth of approx 37mm. Melted during day but still patches around.

Just had another Snow Shower which has covered the pavement again but has now eased to very light snow which is probably falling a rain in lower areas of Sheffield. Perhaps someone can confirm that.
