The increased cloudcover had led to some very light rain here, if you look up at it, it looks like snow, but doesn't rain look sometimes like snow if you look up at it :?

At 4C, it quite possibly is snow! It's just that it's melting on its way down to you.

Yes, for me here in Maesteg anyway, it's colder than it was last Sunday before we were suppose to have snow. That's a good sign ! 0.0 degrees now.
