But if it comes to something, Some places could see the type of snow London etc had!

Perhaps if we all send positive vibes out..........might that help? :D

Not too many positive vibes. The vibes themselves may warm up the air :D

Very nice post post from BBC's Ian Ferguson at "another" weather forum this morning. It looks pretty hopeful.

The snow zone very much like TEITS white box in the output thread, except more on a SW-NE tilt. (Not so much a horizontal rectangle as TEITS's lol)

Unfortunately, and I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but this band will consist of rain tbh. We are just too far.....South West for the rain to turn to snow. To confirm I was in Wellington at around 8:30 and its was starting to drizzle rain, instead of that 'dandruff' stuff that was falling Monday afternoon. To make matters worse, the sun is out here and temperatures are starting to lift more now, was barely around freezing early this morning so goodness knows what it is now. Far too 'mild' for snow me thinks :(

So the lookout for north devon looks good for snow. How good a prediction is that from the weather sites.

Yeah i was driving back in it.

Within a few minutes the wet roads had turned to white slush. ( Even the main roads )

The car wasn't exactly easy to hold. If it was to carry on for another hour then the roads would of been a nightmare.

I think we are too far south for any snow from this, I'm sure the low was orignially progged for tmrw, its arriving this afternoon, the cold air just hasn't dug south far enough. Thats my take on it anyway... temp 1.6C (warmest for nearly 3 days) and pretty heavy rain melting all my lovely snow .... :(
