Still snowing here but now tiny tiny snow grains and looking like it's gonna peter out nice accumulation on the ground nothing compared to what other areas have had recently but it's still nice, shame will be gone by morning :)

Finally the snow is settling on the pavements! :)
light covering here in Traf Square SR, and had settled when i left home for work. so am hoping Southeastern Trains dont come to a halt overnight and leave me stranded here in work.

Evening Mick! I have my fingers crossed you'll be able to get home. Don't reckon its going to be too bad though - only a light dusting and not really expected to amount to much. Mind you, southeastern trains run late due to drizzle!

Good covering now over grass and cars in whitstable, just starting to settle on roads and paths, just starting.... they now have enough sluch on them to lay! This is going to be fun! :)

A dusting here in North London now. Is this a farewell show for 2009 or not??????????

Still moderate snow in Ealing. Any idea about when this so-called "rain" as forecast by the BBC is going to fizzle out. It's very cold and snowy outside now and everything is turning white.

:)

Croydon definately seems to be fairing better than Biggin Hill right now....normally hubby's concern is getting out of Biggin Hill (on snowy days); however, on this ocassion perhaps he should be more concerned with arriving at East Croydon.

Bring it on....come on - I want another day like 2nd Feb :D

Currently snowing moderately - still not covering my patio though :) - but everything else :)

Sarah

Very surprising Biggin Hill is on the other side of the snow event :) This could be a first for Croydon verses Biggin Hill :)

It's still snowing heavily here and settling in most places including the road :o Temp is 0.5c :o

Has been snowing constantly since 3.30pm. Have now got a level 4". Main A149 is a disaster! Just starting to peter out according to the radar. Absolutely picture postcard in the garden - trees covered in snow.
