I would love a white christmas we are looking at the best chance in years. Cant think if Nottingham has ever had snow on xmas day after 1970, Might google east midlands xmas snow events and see if there is any info.

Nah! Just been warming up with a few mini-ramps in the last couple of days - I would hate anyone to get ramp-strain on top of the modelwatching-strain that everyone is already experiencing

Amazing charts today, it really is unprecedented to get a cold spell lasting that long after the last two week cold spell, surprised there isn't more excitement around with most runs showing a prolonged cold spell with the potential for it to run and run
