Poor forecast, if you have altitude you will be fine, otherwise say goodbye to all that snow!

Hard to imagine it snowing tomorrow with temps of 3.9C possibly this is caused by heavy pollution around about here...jaguar..get it sorted!

It started off as snow here, the temperature has now shot up to 3.1C.

Unfortunately, it turned to rain about 5 minutes ago, despite living nearly 200m ASL.

Haha, this is remarkable.

The temperature has just fallen back down to 1.7C and it's turning back to snow.

I love these setups, they're fun to predict.

This could only ever happen in the north west. Why is the irish sea so warm in the first place?

It's just a combination of factors, in this situation the air moving south is not particularly cold in the first place coupled with the warm sea making it milder further west.

But then again the air following afterwards is much colder and it's the contrast with the warm sea which should produce the showers tomorrow. Maybe.

tomorrow will have no warm sector being sucked in ahead of a front, we are now in an arctic airmass DP's lower now and a 4 degree drop in temps being shown in an hour in places after the front has gone through i knew this would rain, however im hopefull for tomorrow delivering

Got about 2cm covering now, snow is coming down thick and fast as the Cold Front moves through. It looks to be back-building aswell which is good news for snow-lovers.

Yeah...and maybe this event happed a month or two too early. Irish sea could be a degree or so cooler later in the year due to the time it takes to cool down after summer/autumn.
