Well after looking at the 10pm radar Im confident I will see something in Rochford/Stambridge..... worth the wait, least I will see something before bed

oh it's slowly moving away, but the dewpoint is dangerously close to 0C here!

By the way folks the gfs 18hrs run has performed a backtrack towards the ECM. Still a chance that there might be more fun and games to come for quite some time.

Anyone have a current model shot of where the milder sector is ?

Low pressure now between Kent and Calais so Mild Sector gone through, pure snow now in the showers, Uppers have risen to -9 from -6 earlier - They are going to be -11 tomorrow so all snow showers if you get em

For the information of those down stream of this current snow fall from me. It started about an hour ago, has been moderate most of the time and still is falling moderately. Just checked and it appears 3 cm has fallen in the current fall. Temp -0.2°c DP -0.6°c Wind NxE 5 MPH

Yep, new run of the predictive radar only gives us the far western edge with the heavier stuff for Maldon
