Hello pardon.gif

I'm glad this thread has been formed, was too saturated with Kent types over there! I see a nice looking blob due over my way within the next 30 mins, wonder if that will be it for the night as far as east Suffolk is concerned?unsure.gif

Looks like the showers are going to take a break for a while here. Having said that, they do seem to be appearing out of nothing from the North Sea! Hopefully they will return again en masse later in the night!

Yes, it is much better in this thread; lots of excited Kent people meant it was hard to keep up with events up here!

Torn loyalties here, grew up in Suffolk but have been in Cambridge for a decade now, I class them both as being in East Anglia too. :help:

Hoping for more snow later tonight, had a lovely shower just before 7pm... Looks good for the weekend. In the meantime, more wine...

Night night everyone,

Time for some much-needed sleep. Hopefully you'll all get to see some decent amounts of snow tomorrow.

Byeee!

Posh? Pah! :lazy: I don't have a posh car, nor do I have a posh job. Plus, I'm not sure Kingsthorpe would appreciate Dubstep and Dance music blaring out aha :lazy:

Any sign of that snow? :D

Very impressive temps at the moment of -4 to -6C which considering the wind/cloud cover is incredible. If the skies were mainly clear with light winds the mins temps would of dropped below -10C.

P.S Fax charts back the UKMO meaning no sign of anything milder just yet!

Worth adding the BBC didn't have any blobs for tonight in NE England and yet look at the radar.

I think because snow is widespread the BBC are giving the graphics a miss. My advice is listen to the words rather tnan paying attention to the blobs.

That snow shower is getting closer, greens, yellow's and still heading our way.

It looks as though its dying on the latest met office radar picture. Hopefully it'll still have some snow left in it by the time it reaches here.

Temp here currently -5.6c and falling.

Got some showers a few miles to my east but not sure if they will go around me as a lot of others have previously.

Anyway time to call it a night, really do prefer it like this feels like a smaller group who actually have time to read and answer each other rather than jumping pages in a few minutes.

Sweet dreams all, hope you all wake with some more snow on the gound

Janet x
